Celara System

The Celara Denture System allows all patient records and final impressions to be obtained on the first visit. Dental Crafters then fabricates a precise and versatile wax pattern that enables a predictable and accurate try-in on the 2nd visit. Additionally, Celara provides a precise surgical stent and unique open tray easy and predictable implant treatment.     • Vita Physiodens

    Physiodens teeth demonstrate all the essential details of color in true VITA shades, including opalescence, luminescence and translucency. Their shaped palatal surfaces help patients maintain complex phonetic skills and preserve the familiar tongue feeling. The convex design of the labial facets supports the labial molding and ensures harmony in your patient's mouth.

  • Anteriors are available in 12 upper molds and 5 lower molds
  • Posteriors are available in 6 upper molds and 6 lower molds
  • Posteriors are spherical and inter-dental contact surfaces are interconnected convexly in the distal and concavely in the mesial to simplify set-up.
  • They are available in VITA Classical and VitapanTM 3D-Master Shades.
  • They display natural opalescence, luminescence, and a balanced translucency.
  • Their multi-layered fabrication technique, which is performed manually, means each tooth has a unique individual design.
  • Interdental spaces can be perfectly closed with Vita Physiodens Anteriors so that a natural and age-specific design of the papillae is possible.
  • Physiological design provides for a smooth transition from anteriors to posteriors.

    • Partial Dentures:

    At Dental Crafters we use the quality and reliability of one of Germany's foremost dental alloy producers "Bego". We cast all partials with the premium cobalt-chrome alloy "Wironium". We recently became an authorized Ultraflex™ laboratory, offering a more economical and desirable option for partial dentures.
