N.Dura™ Facial Cutback

Utilizing high-strength zirconia with layered porcelain allows us to create a characterized restoration with enhanced beauty.

Our zirconia products are available in two different transparency levels. If we know the stump shade/prep, we can select the transparency level that will optimize the esthetics of the restoration. Simply note the stump shade on the Rx form and if possible, submit a photograph. We will then take care of the rest.

The Process

Patient models are digitally imported into a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program where the crown is designed. Following the custom design, our milling machine mills a restoration out of a durable zirconium. Porcelain is layered onto the facial surface of the restoration to enhance the beauty of the crown. A thorough final quality check is performed before it is packaged for delivery.

Cement Options:

Cement zirconia restorations with resin modified glass ionomer or self-adhesive resin cement like 3M’s RelyX Unicem 2.
