The Process
Your case is surveyed, designed and waxed on a duplicate model. The wax pattern is cast into metal. After the metal is finished, denture teeth are applied and the acrylic is processed. A final quality check is preformed and the finished cast framework is packaged for delivery.
The Process
The digitized model is brought into a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program. The framework is a prototype made out of a resin using a 3D printer. The prototype is then cast into metal. After the metal is finished, denture teeth are applied and the acrylic is processed. A final quality check is performed and the finished removable partial denture is packaged for delivery.
