PFM
Trusted alloy strength with a pleasing porcelain finish.
The Process
Patient models are digitally imported into a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program where the crown is designed. Using the patient-custom design, our milling machine mills the restoration, creating a wax pattern which is quickly cast into metal. The metal coping undergoes an opaquing process followed by layering porcelain to the entire restoration. A thorough final quality check is performed before it is glazed and packaged for delivery.
